Navigating Change • Improving Relationships • Healing From the Past

I believe therapy works best when you feel understood and have someone actively engaged in the process with you. My style is warm and direct. I’ll listen closely, ask questions, offer feedback, and help you look at things from different angles.
I came to this work with more than a decade of experience in corporate leadership and plenty of life experience outside the therapy room. I’m a wife, a mom, and I’ve also experienced therapy from the client side. Those experiences shape the perspective I bring to my work and my appreciation for how complicated people, relationships, and life can be.
My approach is grounded in attachment and trauma-informed care and integrates IFS, EMDR, ACT, EFCT, and other evidence-based therapies. I’m engaged in the work and care about helping you make progress toward what matters most.
Anxiety & depression · Life transitions & difficult seasons · Relationship concerns · Trauma & painful past experiences · Attachment & childhood experiences · Self-esteem · Neurodivergence · Grief & loss
Communication & conflict · Affair & betrayal recovery · Trust & emotional disconnection · Attachment & intimacy · Recurring relationship struggles · Neurodivergence in relationships · Major life transitions
You don’t need to have it all figured out before starting therapy. Some people come in knowing exactly what they want to work on. Others just know they don’t feel like themselves, something in their life or relationships isn’t working, or they want to understand themselves better.
